Creating an account on our site is not chargeable, however on-boarding on online marketplaces and other services are. You can find out the prices of our different services by checking our Services page.
 
2. What are the documents required for seller registration service?
In order to register for our seller services, you need to produce your VAT Registration certificate/ TIN registration certificate, Address proof, Cancelled cheque, company PAN Card, Incorporation certificate and Service tax certificate. Yes, of course. It will increase your visibility across platforms other than retail stores and thus contribute in the growth of your business.
 
6. I already have an ecommerce store which I don't want to change. Can I use your system to post on multiple market places?
Yes, we integrate ecommerce stores with online marketplaces; viz - Amazon, SnapDeal and Flipkart. You can opt for more platforms by paying extra per platform. You can check the details here

7. Can I set different prices in different market places?
Yes, you can specify different prices in different market places.
 
8. Is there any legal issue for selling products under Facebook or Amazon or any marketplace?
As far as our knowledge goes, there won't be any legal issues as long as the products being sold are not prohibited, immoral or illegal. But since governing laws and their interpretations may vary from one state to another, one needs to compulsorily refer to the governing laws and marketplace regulations that apply in their respective states. We at no point will be responsible for any issues arising out of the breach of any law or marketplace registration.
 
9. How many portals does a Listing Services package include?
The listing service package includes a maximum of 3 portals, namely – Amazon, Flipkart and SnapDeal. In case you want visibility on other platforms, you'll be charged extra per each portal. You can find out more information here

12. How can I pay?
Fines Way supports all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Amex. We also have tie-ups with various payment gateways. All your payments are processed via a secure connection. You may also transfer via NEFT and mail us the transaction ID. We will generate the ticket for your purchase, after confirming the reception of your payment Account details.
 
13. I already have an established Shop. Why do I need to go online?
Our Seller Services will integrate your venture with multiple online marketplaces. This will ensure greater exposure for your business.
 
14. How long will you take to deliver a service?
After receiving all the necessary data and inputs from your end to process an order, we'll start working on the services opted by you. The turnaround time for different services are as follows.

Although the turnaround time for each service has been listed above, in case of high volume orders the time of delivery may vary slightly.
 
15. What documents do I need to provide in case of dispute?
In cases of dispute/ chargeback, kindly provide invoice copy & proof of services delivery (i.e. System Logs, mail confirmation), in order for us to look into the matter and take steps accordingly.
 
16. I don't have an ecommerce website can I still sell on marketplaces?
Yes, you can. Register with us and we'll take care of the rest. We will help you get on-board with online marketplaces and get visibility.
 
17. Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?
No, we don't levy any hidden charges.
 
18. Is it safe to use my debit/credit card on your website?
Yes, all your payments are processed through secure gateways.
 
19. Do I need to sign any physical agreement?
No, it's a digital world and hence you don't require a physical agreement; but you may download our agreement for reference here
